By Omeli applies a 30-day return policy. This policy applies worldwide and is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY (PRIMARY POLICY)
By Omeli offers a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your order. This is our primary and standard return policy for all customers.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must show no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- The item must be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items (including but not limited to earrings) are not eligible for return if they have been opened or worn, unless the item is defective or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

2. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (STATUTORY RIGHT)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to legal exceptions (such as hygiene-sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery).

3. RETURN SHIPPING LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS
By Omeli operates with international fulfillment partners. Approved returns must be shipped back to our designated international return warehouse, which may be located in China.
Mandatory return conditions:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law
- All returns must be shipped with track & trace
- Returns without valid tracking information may be refused
- The correct return address will be provided only after return approval
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments that do not include valid tracking.
4. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- A photo of the outer packaging (if applicable)
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement (subject to availability)
- A full or partial refund
In confirmed cases of defects or fulfillment errors, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
5. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within the 30-day return period, provided all return conditions are met.
Because returns are processed through an international return warehouse, international shipping may be required.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation is possible only before the order has entered processing or been shipped.
- If cancellation is approved before processing, a full refund will be issued
- Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible

Once a returned item is received at our return warehouse and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Worn or used jewelry
